Hi brides and grooms! Today I'm showing you inside one of the additional services that Laurel & Elm provides: RSVP management! I'm using one of my amazing couples, Chelsea and Seth as a little case study today because their RSVPs have been rolling in around here for their September wedding!
Chelsea and Seth opted for a digital RSVP so that they could really splurge on letterpressed invites! How gorgeous are these?
Not only are their invitations beautiful, but how awesome is their website, branding and adorable custom watercolor portraits? A couple who enjoys these kinds of details as much as I do is pretty much my dream come true.

A lot of their guests are coming from out of town, so as you can see we have a BUNCH of questions for them to make sure that they are given the warmest welcome - separate blog post on that later!
Now comes my part! After a guest RSVPs, an email is immediately sent to me and then I upload their responses into our shared workspace!
Clicking on an individual or couple allows me to view their RSVP for the different weekend events, their meal choices, dietary restrictions, special seating needs and where they are staying for welcome bag and transportation purposes!
One of the most helpful features on our workspace is that once I've entered every guest's information, I can export all of this information into an excel spreadsheet for myself and the caterers!
Sometimes I WISH I enjoyed writing things down on paper (because there are some adorable planners out there calling my name!) but having everything stored digitally is SO much easier for me and my clients. Organizing the shared workspace for my partial and full service clients is secretly one of my favorite parts of my job!
