John James Audubon Center Wedding - Melissa & Sam

For someone who loves details as much as I do, executing all of the intricate design work and planning for Melissa and Sam's wedding day was a dream come true. Melissa is an extremely talented hand-letterer, illustrator, and graphic designer all wrapped up into one pretty package! She is currently the Art Director at Wonderful Machine and spends some of her free time creating wedding invitations and custom logos (like mine!), so I knew the details for her own wedding would be nothing short of incredible. Melissa and I share a love for gold and everything floral, so I had been anticipating Melissa & Sam's wedding for a LONG time.  From the engagement ring design to each hand-lettered sign, Melissa didn't miss a beat!

What made Melissa and Sam's wedding even more beautiful was the sweet relationship that the two of them share, captured so beautifully by Pat Furey Photo! Both Melissa and Sam also come from such loving and close families which made sharing this day with them such an honor for me!

Combining these elements with an all-star team of vendors truly made Melissa & Sam's wedding so special! A huge thank you to all of the talented professionals who contributed to this beautiful day:

The reception at John James Audubon Center was magical. The venue was the perfect setting for such a natural, floral wedding!

If you haven't noticed at this point that the wine bottle table numbers are the same hand painted watercolor design as the ceremony programs, invitation envelope liners, and EVEN the paper that Sam used for Melissa's wedding day note, scroll back up! I love the cohesiveness of these details!

Congratulations again, Melissa & Sam! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together!
